For the first time in 11 years, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) convened a review conference, in advance of the heads of state summit scheduled for December 1-2 in Astana, Kazakhstan. Human Rights First made interventions during sessions on fundamental rights, tolerance and nondiscrimination, and migrant rights.
