A good example is the United States, where the surveillance technologies was originally supposed to be used to fight terrorism but quickly became more common in fighting the &quot;war on drugs&quot; and now is used simply to spy on citizens without probable cause. It is a slippery slope and we&#039;re on the slide down.</description>
