These false claims my undeserving applicants adversely effect those very few claimants who really do have valid claims. These use of the refugee/asylum claim by purely economic immigrants is the reason that legitimate claimants cannot be adequately represented by counsel. It is understandable that the Government uses "remote" detention facilities because it is these locations where otherwise high junemployment occurs.
