		<description>I think its all well and fine that a best practices manual should be set up to evaluate and look for a way forward in dealing with xenophobia, however Im not sure how effective it will be in dealing with issues in various countries and with varying circumstances.  Im quite sure that the issue around xenophobia is quite different in South Africa as opposed to greece, russia or any other country and needs to be dealt with in a different way.  With my work in combating xenophobia in SA, I have found that I have to adapt the methodology from region to region depending on the circumstances which have arisen.</description>
