As Program Associate, Katie provides administrative and programatic support to ensure the day-to-day functioning of the Law and Security Program. She joined HRF in the capacity of Office Manager and Program Assistant for Government Advocacy. Before joining HRF, she worked at the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress.

Katie received her B.A. in International Relations, Spanish, and Latin American Studies from the University of Arkansas in 2008.
