Pam Kingpetcharat is responsible for ensuring that Human Rights First has the people, processes, and systems in place to operate efficiently and effectively in advancing its mission.

Before joining Human Rights First, Pam was a senior manager at Dalberg Global Development Advisors, spent 2 years in Guyana with the Peace Corps, and has worked for Accenture, Merrill Lynch, and the Federal Reserve Board of Governors.

Pam holds a Master in Public Administration / International Development from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and a B.A. in Economics from Reed College
