Project Coordinator, Lifeline for Iraqi Refugees

Ruthie Epstein holds a Master’s of International Affairs from Columbia University and an A.B. from Washington University in St. Louis. Before becoming the Project Coordinator of Human Rights First’s advocacy on the Iraqi refugee crisis, she worked for two years as a Program Associate in the Refugee Protection Program, helping to run the pro bono legal representation program for asylum seekers. She also worked for six years as a freelance copyeditor for several major magazines in New York.
