Benjamin Antillon is the Legal Services Coordinator with the Refugee Representation team in Houston. As a Legal Services Coordinator, Benjamin assists clients and pro bono attorneys from the intake process through status adjustment.
Before joining Human Rights First, Ben worked as a reporter and an editorial writer for The Canadian Record. He also advocated for equal educational opportunities for Hispanic students and for improvements to the English as a Second Language program at the local school district.
Benjamin graduated from Harvard University in 2014 with a degree in Government and a secondary field in Economics. At Harvard, Benjamin completed an immigration law course with Professor Deborah Anker. He also received an Institute of Politics summer grant to intern with the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic, where he continued to volunteer for two years.
