Djibrine Hamon Madi
As a Legal Assistant, Djibrine Hamon Madi is responsible for coordinating and supporting Human Rights First’s efforts to provide pro bono legal representation to asylum seekers unable to afford paid counsel.
Prior to joining Human Rights First, Djibrine worked in the communications and non-profit sectors both in the United States and abroad, and also provided a number of law firms with interpretation and translation services in the New York area. Djibrine holds a bachelor’s degree in corporate communication/law and policy and is currently pursuing advanced degrees in Law and Diplomacy. He is fluent in French, Chadian Arabic, Toupouri, Kera, Foulbe and Ngambay.
