Robert Todd Lang
Robert Todd Lang is a senior partner of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. He chaired the corporate department for many years. Todd has wide experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate and securities law.
Todd is a former chair of the American Bar Association Business Law Section Committee on Corporate Governance. He co-chairs and advises several other committees within the organization. He serves as a trustee of the Irma T. Hirschl and Monique Weill-Caulier Trusts, is chair of the board of advisors for Yale Law School's Center for the Study of Corporate Law, and formerly was chair of the Yale Law School Fund. He has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America and received the Golden Torch of Hope Award from the City of Hope, the Community Service Award from Brandeis University, and the Learned Hand Award from the American Jewish Committee. He received the Simeon E. Baldwin Award from the Yale Law School Center for the Study of Corporate Law for distinguished service in law and business.
Todd is a graduate of Yale University and Yale Law School.
