Some of these "enhanced tecniques" are sort of "reverberating" in some books. Aren't they? Like the use of the technology of "VOICES TO THE SKULL", to drive a person crasy and discredit him/her as being insane, harassemnt through "scenarios" that threat through suggesting death, rape etc...but give total deniability etc..Isn't this waht is being done, among other things? Is there any indication that human beings are being used as ginea pigs for the use and development of these torture "techniques. I believe it is all high tech torture. Some books mention this already - and those who "know" can recognize the "indications". Will these atrocities ever come to light through DOCUMENTS???
