of more than thirty Africa-based and Africa-focused organizations.
HRF is also a founding member of GlobeForDarfur, an international coalition of groups focused on the Darfur crisis.
HRF is a member of Save Darfur, a coalition of over 100
national organizations.
Human
Rights First awarded Dr. Mudawi the 2005 Human Rights Award for his work monitoring
human rights abuses in Darfur. Nicholas Kristof from the New York Times presented
the award to Dr. Mudawi.

An alliance of over 130 faith-based, humanitarian, and human rights organizations.
HRF was part of the Rally to End Genocide on April 30 organized by the Save Darfur

A coalition of more than thirty Africa-based and Africa-focused organizations.
With this group, HRF successfully advocated in support of UN Security Council
referral of Darfur to the International Criminal Court, and are continuing to
advocate for full cooperation with the Court's investigation into war crimes,
