Jabran Said bin al Qahtani, a Saudi citizen, is believed to have been captured in Pakistan. Al Qahtani was charged with conspiring with members of Al Qaeda and its associates to attack civilians and civilian objects, murder, destroy property and commit acts of terrorism. Al Qahtani is accused of leaving Saudi Arabia after September 11, 2001 to fight against the Northern Alliance and the United States in Afghanistan. He allegedly built circuit boards to be used in Afghanistan as timing devices in bombs.
