Eric is responsible for working with Development and Program staff to build institutional support for our work. Prior to joining Human Rights First, Eric spent ten years finding innovative and sustainable ways to support human rights advocacy and community-based projects in both the United States and Eastern Europe.
Eric worked as a Development Consultant with the Roma Education Fund in Budapest, Hungary and as the Development Director for the Human Trafficking Center in Denver, Colorado. Eric has extensive experience at the intersection of Roma rights and human trafficking prevention from his work as a researcher with the European Roma Rights Centre and the Bulgarian-based Arete Youth Foundation.
Eric holds a Master of Arts degree in International Human Rights from the University of Denver’s Korbel School of International Studies and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in Italian at the University of Colorado.
