Emergency Client Fund
Refugees and asylum seekers who have fled their countries seeking safety and a better future have limited support systems in the United States. The COVID-19 outbreak has limited their ability to access resources and essentials while safely isolating in their homes. Many of our clients have lost their jobs as a result of the crisis, ad they need our help more than ever. Please consider supporting our clients in this time of need. Human Rights First has set up an emergency client fund for donations to go directly to those who need it most.
Your donations can provide valuable help for our clients during this trying time. For example, our recommended donations are below and you can see what could be provided with your help.
|Donation||What it provides|
|$15||Two healthpre-made meals delivered to a client's home|
|$35||Faucet water filter for clients who lack access to quality water at home|
|$55||Food basket for one asylum seeker with one weeks worth of food and essentials|
|$105||Family pantry which includes one week's worth of groceries for a family of four|
