Please join Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) and Human Rights First for an MCLE approved training on “Back to the Basics: Representing Adult and Child Asylum-Seekers” hosted by Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP!

This interactive training will focus on understanding the basics of asylum law and pro bono representation of adult and child asylum-seekers who are navigating the asylum process. The training will begin with a thorough explanation of the basic legal framework for asylum, and then provide an overview of the unique process of representing unaccompanied minors before the asylum office.
