Why Should President Obama Veto the 2016 NDAA?

Year after year, President Obama has committed to closing the detention facility at Guantanamo Bay. It’s nearly his final year in office and the prison remains open. The current 2016 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) would make closing Guantanamo even more difficult. Vetoing this bill may be President Obama’s last chance to take action.
