Washington, DC Human Rights First President and CEO Elisa Massimino will participate in a Thursday, July 1, panel discussion at the National Press Club examining the current Supreme Court Term and looking forward to the next. In the immediate wake of the Term’s conclusion, the American Constitution Society will host the panel that brings together leading academics and practitioners to analyze the Court’s most noteworthy decisions, identify emerging trends, and discuss the nomination of Solicitor General Elena Kagan to the Court.
