Today, Julia Fromholz, Director of our Crimes Against Humanity Program, will participate in a panel on “Strategies for Preventing Genocide and Mass Atrocities” hosted by the Brookings Institution.
Julia’s remarks will focus on the problem of enablers of mass atrocities and on strategies for addressing these third-party actors.
