Honoree Spotlight:
The 2024 Baldwin Medal is awarded to Dang Dinh Bach, an environmental lawyer and human rights defender who remains imprisoned in Vietnam for his advocacy. Bach is recognized for his fearless legal work and unwavering commitment to justice despite persecution.

Speakers:

• Rep. Young Kim, Member of Congress and Chair of the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on East Asia and the Pacific;

• Lalanath de Silva, Executive Director of Environmental Law Alliance Worldwide (ELAW).
